Moline Automobile Company operated from 1904 until 1924. The Moline-Knight was produced from 1913 until 1919. The Pullman Automobile company operated from 1905 until 1917. Was introduced in 1916. Based on that information, I would say this photograph was taken in 1916 or 1917. Choate operated in at least three states (Minnesota, North Dakota & South Dakota).
