This offering is for an antique circa 1880’s cabinet card photograph of a group of 39 children with each of them holding a stick that is about 4 feet long. The teacher or supervisor is standing at the top right rear. I have no idea what the image is portraying, possibly an up and coming group of young pool hustlers. All of the children are white with the exception of one African American boy sitting in the middle of the front row. The image measures app. 4.25″ by 6.5″ including the mount, there are no photographers markings. The condition is excellent with very minor wear to the surface but no rips, tears or repairs. If additional photo’s are needed or you have need of answers to questions we do not address we will be happy to supply them. WE USUALLY SEND OUR INVOICE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE AUCTIONS ENDING.
