OLD VINTAGE ANTIQUE DAGUERREOTYPE PHOTO of HANDSOME YOUNG GENTLEMAN IN FINE SUIT. The daguerreotype measures about 2 1/2″ x 3 1/8″ (not including the frame or case). The daguerreotype appears to have it’s original seal and viewed through it’s cover glass shows signs of age along with spots. The cover glass shows some nicks and scratches. Is in very good condition overall as noted. The frame and bird with nest of eggs case show signs of age and wear (case has some tape on the spine and one latch hook is missing).
