Here is a gorgeous, antique, Art Nouveau picture frame. The frame is an oval shape with scrolling leaves and flowers. It has scales on one side. The frame is very heavy; I don’t know what it is made of brass? It has an easel back. It has glass but it is a replacement piece. It stands about 12.75″ from very top to bottom of “feet” and 8.25″ across; the actual space for a picture measures about 7.5″ (top to bottom) x just under 6.5″ across. It has patina/dust/age-related wear. The easel is firmly attached but can move a bit side to side at the top (if that makes sense).
